Nowadays, it seems harder and harder to make a good meal at home. We're always busy, and that means making a full thought-out meal can be tough, especially if you didn't sleep well the night before. The result? Fast food. Yeah, you could make those "one-pot" meals you see on social media, but going out to grab a burger is a lot easier than that.

The last thing that comes to your mind when you're grabbing a bite may not be "what's the healthiest thing I can get?" Turns out, it isn't that hard to eat healthy while going out to eat. Honestly, it's all about avoiding the worst thing on the menu.  Restaurants have tried to add healthy choices to their menus in recent years, but it's still very easy to find a cheap and delicious meal that's absolutely terrible for you.
